Park Curfew is 11pm. Rental is for members in good standing only and can be arranged by contacting a Board member and completing a Rental Agreement for approval 14 days prior to the event. Charges for the park utilities are a minimum donation of $100.00 with an additional security deposit of $100.00. Deposit is refundable upon inspection after the event. Restrooms are located in the park, please keep them clean. Playground equipment and club owned game equipment may be signed out for use. Pets are not allowed during picnics or
activities and must be leashed at other times. Vehicles are not permitted in the park area. Park in designated areas only. Maintenance vehicles are exempt. Trash bins are provided in the pavilion and it is the member's responsibility for emptying after use.
Dues are assessed annually to all property owners and bills go out in early January. Payment in full is due by March 31st of the year. Any payment postmarked after that date, will have a late fee of $200.00 added to it.
Mini-bikes, ATVs, and snowmobiles can be driven between the hours of 8am and10pm. Helmets and orange flags are highly recommended. In the event of an emergency or during emergency weather conditions, snowmobiles may be operated outside of curfew hours. No unattended vehicle should be left running for more than 3 minutes. All vehicles must observe the posted speed limit of 15 MPH on all Association roads. Please safely share the roads with hikers, bikers, and animals. There shall be no liability imposed on Pocono Forest Sportsman
Club as a result of allowing the use of recreational vehicles on the community property. Anyone driving or riding on a recreational vehicle does so assuming all risks of injury/death and/or property damage. The property owner accepts all responsibility for all person(s) knowingly or unknowingly operating their recreational vehicle on Pocono Forest Sportsman Club property. Per PA law, no person from age 8 to 16 shall operate an ATV except on lands of his parent or guardian unless he or she has completed a prescribed ATV safety training
course and received an ATV safety training certificate. For complete ATV rules & regulations, go to www.dcnr.pa.gov/recreation.
Members are responsible for disposing of large items (construction materials, carpeting, mattresses, appliances, furniture, etc.). These items can be taken to the Coolbaugh Township recycling center on Laurel Drive per availability. Any members dumping large items at the dumpster will be subject to a fine of $500.00 in addition to the cost incurred to dispose of the offending item.
Are not permitted on individual lots but may be held at the Community Park (see rental info).
Dogs must be leashed in all public areas. Privately owned outdoor cats should wear collars. No fostering of animals, nor feeding or caring for non-owned, unlicensed animals is allowed.
